Best speed-power combination in terms of long-term potential for me. Stats might not show it, but raw power is plus, plus runner, plus range.
KC Serna, SS (Oregon)
Lacks a standout tool, but has a knack for making big plays when his head is in the game.
Andrew Susac, C, (Oregon State)
Tall, lean, pro body. Good numbers, but too many metal showcase swings. Dips and loops swing far too much for a guy with good hands. Better contact with level line drive swings. Limited power down the line, good defender, solid arm, will need to weed out some bad metal habits in the coming years.
Kevin Medrano, INF, (Missouri State)
Left-handed hitter, pro body type, good BPs, gunshot guy, plus bat speed, hard contact. Sleeper.
B.A. Vollmuth, INF (Southern Mississippi)
Great frame and athletic actions, chance to be solid hitter, a few too many inside-out swings for my tastes in this look, frame like this should be about extension and not keeping hands so close to the body. Strong enough frame to find extension and lift, at best when compact through the zone. Would like to see what adjustments he makes down the line because contact ability is there.
